A Message from the High School Principal, Mrs. Felker
Dear Lion’s Family,
Welcome to another school year at Mansfield High School. I hope that you are all refreshed and ready to start another amazing year. If this is your first year at Mansfield, we welcome you into the family and if you are returning, I am thrilled to see your smiling face.
The new and exciting change for this year is the change in the calendar, which is included in this handbook. Please review this handbook while paying close attention to the 4-day school calendar. This is a change that I know is a great opportunity, but also one which will take some getting used to.
We continue to be proud of our students and staff for our outstanding academic performance. We know that one of the keys to success is having the discipline to do what you know you should do, even when you don’t feel like doing it. I encourage each of you to invest in your future by setting high academic standards and working hard to achieve those standards.
I extend my hand in partnership and welcome the challenges of a new school year. I look forward to watching each of you grow as you learn and make plans for your future.
