The Missouri Association of Student Councils awards schools for outstanding performance as a council. Applications for the Honor Council Award are submitted to MASC. The award is criteria-based and if a school meets all of the prescribed criteria, that school receives the award. This award was established to honor student councils that have a comprehensive program that promotes student activities and student leadership. The Honor Council Award is the highest honor that the Missouri Association of Student Councils bestows upon one of its members.
